About us

Beehavior ABA Therapy was founded with a clear mission—to provide high-quality, client-centered ABA services while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both families and therapists.

My journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began over eight years ago as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Working directly with clients, I developed a deep passion for helping children and their families navigate the challenges they face. As my experience grew, so did my desire to make a greater impact, leading me to pursue my master’s degree in ABA and obtain my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple ABA companies across Florida. While I gained valuable experience, I also witnessed practices that didn’t always align with my vision of what quality ABA therapy should look like—whether it was how RBTs were treated, how services were provided, or how families were supported. I knew there was a better way.

That’s why I founded Beehavior ABA Therapy. I wanted to create something I could be proud of—a company built on integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Here, RBTs are valued, supported, and given the tools they need to thrive. Families receive compassionate, individualized care that prioritizes their child’s best interests above all else. And every decision made is driven by the core belief that ABA should be about meaningful progress, not just business.

At Beehavior ABA Therapy, we’re not just another ABA provider. We are a team dedicated to excellence, ethical practice, and life-changing outcomes. Because every child deserves the best, and so does every family who entrusts us with their care.
